The area from which Asiago PDO<\/strong> cheese \u00a0is obtained and in which it is produced includes four provinces: Vicenza<\/strong>, Trento<\/strong> and part of the provinces of Padua<\/strong> and Treviso<\/strong>. Only the Asiago produced in this area is to be considered true Asiago PDO.<\/p>\n
