Cutting of round and square soft shapes in in 1/2 -1/4 – 1/8- 1/16 or variable weight slices. The portioned shape goes on conveyor belt. The cuti is made by an ultrasonic blade that guarantees a precise and clean cut. All production data are set though the operator panel as round or square shape, variable weight, longitudinal and transversal cut.
