The machine is designed for cutting variuous shapes of cheese, as dimension and form, wit one system – ALL IN ONE! First cut mades the trimm and the lists cheeses: the wastes move on the conveyor belt and go down in conteiner and the lists go out on conveyor belt for second cutting zone. A laser meausuring system detects the edges for second trimming. Each cutting station can be desable through the operator pannel.
