The machine carries out the cutting and the washing of echinus. The operator loads the echinus into a turntable with 8 stations. The first station is for the loading, the second is for the cutting and the remaining stations are for the washing of the echinus by jets of water, without the detachment of eggs. The echinus automatically go on conveyor belt.
