SPP.3 – Brushing machine for round cheeses

Brushing of the surface and sides for round cheeses with adjustment of the brushes to adapt to different formats. The brushing machina is equipped with a stainless steel tank with taps to contain the saline or other solutions. It is possible to connect to water supply. A selector adjustables the speed of the rollers.
