PF – Automatic portioning machine to fixed or variable weight

The machine cuts into fixed or variable weight the cheeses of different diameters. The centering is adjustable.  The operator loads the cheese on the balance and in automatic, opening the doors, the data gone to PLC that proponing three options to cut. All the production and function data are set by the operator pannel.
